Synopsys QuantumATK group will be demonstrating the QuantumATK software for modeling materials, nanostructures and Nano electronic devices. QuantumATK addresses critical materials issues in advanced semiconductor technology development, including: bandstructure calculation and transport in new channel materials within quantized transistor structures, calculation of width-dependent resistivity of metals for middle-of-line and back-end-of-line integration, modeling of metal-semiconductor contact resistance, as well as many other critical issues.
