Speaker Guidelines:

SISPAD oral presentation is 25 minutes long which includes Q&A. We will provide a PC and an LCD projector. A speaker can use their own PC if that is preferred. However, we suggest that a backup of the presentation be kept on a USB flash/jump drive in case there is glitch with the PC. We do not require any sort of background colors, but it is preferable to use light lettering on dark backgrounds as it is easier to read. Speakers are asked to introduce themselves to the session co-chairs before their sessions to clarify pronunciation of co-authors and to become familiar with the microphone and presentation equipment.
